How can I file a claim?

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  2. Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Purchase'
  3. Choose an insurance type
  4. Tap 'Get help'
  5. Select 'Make a claim'

In alternative, you can also access and fill out the online claim form here.

NB: if you wish to claim for multiple items, please file 1 claim per item you'd like to be reimbursed for.
